Common questions
- Do you handle the plumbing and building work?
- The studio designs and specifies, then coordinates the trades who do the work, including quality control on site. It does not carry out the plumbing itself.
- Can a bathroom be redesigned without moving plumbing?
- Often, yes, and it is usually the cheaper route. Where the existing layout genuinely does not work, the cost of moving services is set out early so you can decide with the number in front of you.
- What does a bathroom specification cover?
- Sanitaryware, tapware, tiling and stone, cabinetry and vanities, mirrors, glazing, heating, ventilation and lighting, all costed and scheduled against an agreed budget.
- Do you design bathrooms as part of a larger project only?
- No. A single en-suite is a project the studio will take on, though most bathroom work comes as part of a wider renovation or new build.
