Where we work
Interior decorators in the Cape Town City Bowl
A boutique studio working across the city, from City Bowl apartments to family homes in the suburbs and estates beyond.
Cape Town is not one interiors market, it is several. A De Waterkant apartment with a fixed footprint and a heritage overlay asks for a completely different approach to a new build on a Northern Suburbs estate. We work across all of them, and the first conversation is always about which one you are actually in.
City Bowl work tends to be about extracting more from a small, valuable footprint. Ceiling heights, borrowed light, and joinery that does three jobs instead of one. Where a building has heritage protection or a body corporate with opinions, we plan around those constraints early rather than discovering them at installation.
Being based in the city means we can be on site when it matters. Wanda is personally involved from concept through to completion, which for a Cape Town project usually means walking the space with the architect or contractor rather than reviewing photographs of it.
