- Do you take on single rooms or only whole houses?
- Both. Projects run from a single room refresh and apartment makeovers through to townhouse renovations, large luxury residences and bespoke new builds. Scope is agreed at the first consultation before any design work begins.
- At what stage of a new build should we bring you in?
- As early as the conceptual stage, working alongside your architect and builder. Decisions about layout, light, storage and services are far cheaper to get right on paper than to correct on site.
- Do you supply furniture, or only specify it?
- Both are possible. The studio specifies materials, joinery, lighting and fittings, and can handle procurement and supplier coordination through to installation day, or hand a specification to your own team.
- How do you charge for a residential project?
- The working model is agreed up front, at the no-obligation first consultation with Wanda Michelle, alongside scope, timelines and budget. Nothing is designed or ordered before that is clear.
